The movie version of The Jane Austen Book Club was released this week on dvd in Canada. I have to say I loved every second of it. One movie that stayed very true to the novel and was almost like a primer for Jane Austen's works. The story takes place over the course of 6 months with each month focusing on one Jane Austen book and the lives of the people reading them. Each of the 6 main characters are fashioned after the main people in all the Austen novels. If you have not seen this yet do so.
The bonus features include a small bio of Jane Austen by members of the Jane Austen Society.
