1986 released one of the classic cult horror films in April Fools Day.2008 sees a sequel
In the original film a group of college students spending the weekend at a house in the middle of an island. One by one they end up falling victim to an escaped killer.
In the new version (labeled on the internet as a remake in some areas ) we have a brother and sister who on the evening of throwing a party a guest dies in their home. A full year later we are taken on a ride to flush out the killer.
The second film is an action film not a horror and just keeps replaying the recent teen genre over and over.
